Fourth of July In Wayland: What's Open, Closed

Town offices will be closed for the holiday.

WAYLAND, MA — The Fourth of July is a time to celebrate the nation with barbecues, parades and of course, a day off from work. That day off includes many local and state government offices, so if you had errands to run at town hall before the festivities, you might want to reschedule.

While most government offices are closed, it offers more time for residents and employees to enjoy the festivities in town. There are plenty of parades and events happening in and around Wayland to spend the day right.

  • Restaurants, bars: Open at owner's discretion
  • Liquor stores: Closed
