Kerrigan and Cook Recognized as Top Avison Young Brokers at 2014 Annual General Meeting in Vancouver

Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, is pleased to announce that Principals Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook, based in the company’s Boston office, were recently recognized as Top 20 Brokers at the firm’s Annual General Meeting held in Vancouver, British Columbia in September 2014. More than 600 Avison Young professionals were in attendance.

With more than 30 years of real estate industry experience, Kerrigan has been a top producer since joining the firm in 2011. Prior to Avison Young, he was the recipient of the Lifetime Circle of Excellence Award at Grubb & Ellis. In the company’s 50-plus-year history, Kerrigan was the overall top national producer. A Weston, MA resident, Kerrigan is an active community member and participant in charitable activities, having served on the Board of Directors and raised significant funds for both the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and Lupus Foundation.

As part of a leading brokerage team alongside Kerrigan, Cook has been consistently ranked as a top producer since joining Avison Young. With 17 years of experience advising corporate clients both locally and on a national basis, he has solidified his place among the best in the industry. He is an active charitable partner with the Concord Business Partnership, Nashoba Learning Group and Livable Streets, to name a few organizations that he supports. Cook resides in Concord, MA where he coaches lacrosse and serves on the Board of Directors for the town’s youth hockey program.
