A Chartres style cloth labyrinth will be set up in the vestry of First Parish Wayland. Participating in this ancient ritual is a way to sooth your mind while engaging your body, and it is appropriate for all except for the very young. Walking the laybrinth's clear yet circuitous rout is represenative of the spiritual journey that moves us into our center and reconnects us to the world.
There will be meditative music played at this session. Please leave 20 minutes to walk the labyrinth. Socks are required and comfortable clothing is suggested.
