Dear Residents of Wayland:
We moved to Wayland from Newton, 13 years ago because we believed Wayland offered less density, better schools, and more opportunities for our children, (yet to be born). We still feel it was the right decision, though currently we have concerns over the future of Wayland.

Our community will continue to thrive only if we support smart growth and the support of the towns’ infrastructure. Wayland schools have an outstanding reputation, as does our community as a whole. This keeps our real estate values high which in turn allows for a tax basis to support the schools and the community. It’s a circle … and if we don’t support our schools, then people will not be willing to move here and pay the taxes.
We support Gordon Cliff to be elected a Board of Selectperson because he is supportive of our schools and he wants to work with the fiscal management of our community to ensure we continue to have a strong and safe community.

Gordon’s background lends itself to this role. For 25 years he has worked with client businesses, analyzing their performance, their problems and opportunities, and advising them on how to build a productive future. We have confidence he will do the same with Wayland.
Gordon’s platform of KEEP WAYLAND STRONG -- is the one way to ensure the future of Wayland.
We need our leaders to be tough negotiators on our behalf. We can’t cut taxes significantly without jeopardizing the things that make Wayland so special: Namely, our schools and our beautiful and safe town.
Please take the time to consider the issues, get to the polls on April 2, and vote for Gordon Cliff.
Sincerely,
Pat Reinhardt and Tom Liszewski
