Levity and Luminosity; a retreat for creative renewal

This daylong retreat is designed to engage participants in activities that awaken and renew a sense of spiritual wonder. Presenters Cheryl Perreault and Lisa Breger along with special guests Mary Starr Green, Helena Leet-Pellegrini, and Tsering Ngodup Yodsampa will combine their expertise to provide a day that includes yoga, storytelling, guided writing exercises, energy work, mindfulness training and an exploration of the spiritual alphabet from Attentiveness to Zeal. Anyone seeking rejuvenation for body, mind and spirit will enjoy this inspirational retreat.
