MA Ride to Defeat ALS Starts in Wayland, Heads Through Sudbury, Concord
The annual ride starts in Wayland and heads through five other towns.

The bucket challenge is still going strong and raising millions for ALS.
But this year marks another big fundraiser for ALS - the Ride to Defeat ALS. On Sept. 28, the 20th anniversary of this Massachusetts version of ride will take off from Wayland and head through Sudbury, Concord, Acton and Bolton.
Starting at the Longfellow Club, the Ride to Defeat ALS is a one-day, fully-supported event designed to appeal to a broad range of cyclists from Massachusetts and surrounding states.

Cyclists can choose from 70, 50 and 25 mile routes as well as a 10-mile Family Fun Ride.
After the Ride, more than 300 cyclists and family members will enjoy an after-party and The Longfellow Club with food and entertainment.

Funds raised through the Ride to Defeat ALS are used to help patients in Massachusetts who are living with ALS, to create awareness, to advocate for patients, and to contribute to research.
