We need to show that Wayland is opposed to this crazy plan; the images above show what Mr. Zieff's huge apartment complex would look like on Route 20. The giant septic system would produce 3.7 million gallons of sewage per year -- right next to Pine Brook, with hundreds of kids at YMCA Camp Chickami a short distance down stream. Pine Brook is also the #1 stream for native Eastern Brook Trout in the entire Boston Metrowest area, according to MA Fisheries & Wildlife. And if you commute on Route 20, imagine the traffic.
