Man Arrested For Breaking Into Wayland Home Last Year

Police have arrested a Framingham in connection of a house-break in Wayland.

A Framingham man is facing several charges after investigators say he is responsible for a burglary in Wayland in June of 2014.

Angelo P. Devito, 24, 9 Gilmore Road, Framingham, was arrested on May 15 and charged with breaking and entering into a dwelling, larceny by stealing in a building and malicious destruction of property.

Devito allegedly broke into a home on Pear Tree Lane in Wayland, and numerous items were taken, said police.

Det. Sgt. Jamie Berger said that evidence of the break-in was sent to the Massachusetts State Police Forensic Crime Lab in 2014, and the results pointed to the suspect.
