Features: Sportsmanship: Our camp culture prizes sportsmanship, highlighted by our daily sportsperson awards and weekly CSS Cup. Skill Development: Ball control, possession, finishing, team tactical training, and multi-themed camps. Campers receive evaluations weekly, and parents receive daily photos and updates of training. Home Grown: We are run by established, credentialed local teachers and coaches. Many CSS campers are accepted into our CIT program and become coaches. WAYLAND, MA—Sponsored by the Wayland Firefighter Association, the Wayland Fire Department opens its doors to Wayland and neighboring residents on Saturday, Oct. 1, for an annual open house. All children will receive free fire helmets, stickers and fire safety materials. Stay for a free pizza lunch donated by Papa Gino's pizza. Other features include visits with Sparky the Fire Dog, talk with firefighters, exploring the fire trucks and ambulance, operate a real fire hose, try on fire gear, explore informative displays, take home fire safety materials, enjoy face painting and more.
