Nov. 20
- At 4:51 p.m., police responded to reports of a missing person, 3 Sylvan Way.
- At 6:10 p.m., identity theft was reported by a resident at police headquarters

- At 1:53 p.m., police responded to reports of identity theft, reported to the police station

- At 8:17 p.m., police investigated reports of a suspicious person on Cochituate Road

- At 9:06 a.m., police responded to larceny over $250, 177 Commonwealth Road
- At 2:46 p.m., police responded to reports of threats; the threats were reported to police headquarters
Nov. 25
- At 2:56 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle crash at 177 Commonwealth Road
- At 6:13 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle crash at 317 Boston Post Road
- At 6:59 p.m., reports of an erratic driver on Cochituate Road were called in

- At 5:46 p.m., a motor vehicle accident occurred at 145 Main St. Four rolls of roofing materials were stolen from a pallet located behind Donelan’s Market. Total values of items stolen is approx. $400. The materials were taken sometime during the last month. Material was excess material from a job that has been stored/left in the lot for some time.

- At 11:19 p.m., police responded to calls of an erratic operator at 55 Boston Post Road

- At 2:26 p.m., a car crash occurred at 268 Boston Post Road
- At 8:53 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle crash at 67 Old Connecticut Path
Nov. 29
- At 7:54 a.m., trespassing was reported, 99 Stonebridge Road
Nov. 30
- At 4:39 p.m., police responded to a report of identity theft, 139 West Plain St.
Dec. 1
- At 9:56 a.m.,a motor vehicle crash occurred at 1 Milbrook Road
Dec. 2
- At 8:13 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle crash, 1 Trinity Place
- At 10:06 a.m., a breaking and entering occurred at 305 Boston Post Road. Possible attempted break. Scratches on rear door, and it looks like someone might have attempted to pry door open. No entry was gained into the building. Building is alarmed, no alarm received. This might be old unnoticed damage.
Dec. 3
- At 3:56 p.m., an arrest was made at 117 Boston Post Road. Following a motor vehicle stop, the operator was placed under arrest for Operating After Suspension (license).
Dec. 5
- At 9:02 am., larceny over $250 was reported, 10 Green Way, Apt. 220. A small garden statue was reported missing by the resident. The resident called the next day informing us that she located the missing statue.
Dec. 7
- At 9:32 a.m., police responded to a disturbance, 11 Shaw Drive

- At 9:17 a.m., police responded to a missing person report, 86 Claypitt Hill Road
- At 10:31 a.m., police responded to larceny under $250, 524 Boston Post Road
