New Year for the Trees: A Moonlit Walk and Tu BiShvat Seder

Celebrate Trees in Winter Sunday, January 24, 6:00 PM Upper Mill Brook Conservation Area and Peace Lutheran Church 107 Concord Rd., Wayland

Step out into the night for a short moonlit walk and then return indoors to enjoy a celebration of the trees. Bring a reading, poem, song, picture, or prayer related to trees, your favorite fruit or nuts, and enjoy a celebration of the trees. Foods made with wheat and barley, grapes or grape juice, figs, dates, pomegranates, and olives or foods will olive oil are special for the holiday, but any kind of fruit or nut is welcome. Rabbi Katy Allen of Ma’yan Tikvah - A Wellspring of Hope will lead the walk and seder. Note: If you are allergic to anything, please let us know when you RSVP.
