Pantry Hosts Farm to Plate Feast

Enjoy Executive Chef Mclean's four-course wine dinner featuring hand-selected ingredients from Natick Community Organic Farm!

On Friday, September 11, Natick Community Organic Farm and Executive Chef Alastair Mclean of Pantry, the signature on-site restaurant located at The VERVE Crowne Plaza – Natick, will team up to offer guests a spectacular four-course farm-to-table wine dinner created with locally sourced organic ingredients obtained within three miles of the property.

Upon arrival, guests will be treated to a refreshing β€˜Edible Dirt’ Garden CruditΓ© boasting assorted baby vegetables, a rustic New England cheese display featuring roasted garlic and local Natick honey, and a family-style β€˜Farm Salad’ comprised of produce from Natick Community Organic Farm, as they sip a refreshing glass of house-made sangria.

Inspired by the farm’s 40 years of providing productive open space and its commitment to farming methods that are ecologically healthy and sustainable, Chef Mclean’s delightful prix-fixe menu includes ingredients he’ll personally hand-select on an upcoming trip to the farm.
