Planning Board: New CVS, Restaurant; Phase II of Wayland Town Center

A public hearing regarding a revision to an amendment to the planning site approval for 150 Main St. is among the Planning Board agenda items this week.The Wayland Planning Board holds a meeting, open to the public, on Thursday, Aug. 5, at 7:30 p.m. at the Wayland Town Building.

“Finnerty’s Village” is planned for 150 Main St., a two-building facility that would include a CVS Pharmacy and a second building for a tenant; a restaurant has been proposed, according to a site plan review.

The applicant is looking for condition 30 to be removed.

Other agenda items include a discussion on design and site plan of Phase 2 of Wayland Town Center.
