  • 140 Old Connecticut Path; July 10, 1:41 p.m. - Arrest of Robert K. Macmath II, 32, of Southborough. Charges include operating after a suspension, speeding and on a warrant.
  • 25 Mitchell Street; July 11, 9:44 a.m. - Report of stolen landscape equipment.
  • 43 Barney Hill Road; July 11, 11:06 a.m. - Suspicious tree service trucks reported.
  • 1 Lake Road; July 12, 6:02 p.m. - Caller reported a goup of people were gathering and drinking on Sandy Point. Officers responded and found that any alcohol was in possession of those over 21. The group was advised to leave.
  • 199 West Plain Street; July 12 8:23 p.m. - Report of a male child in the middle of the intersection.
  • 12 Ellie Lane; July 13, 9:51 p.m. - Arrest of Michael Cook, 46, of Wayland, on charges of assault and battery.
