Police Log: Snake in a House; OUI Charges
(June 5-10, 2012) The following information was supplied by the Wayland Joint Communications Center. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

- 15 East Plain St. ; June 5, 1:47 p.m. – An assault and battery was reported at Dunkin Donuts.
- 317 Boston Post Road; June 5, 1:55 p.m. – A woman reported two dogs in a car in a parking lot with the windows only cracked. Police believe the car left as an officer arrived. No dogs were found in other cars.
- 20 Peck Ave.; June 5, 5:34 p.m. – A snake was reported in the house.
- 50 Lake Shore Drive; June 5, 8:02 p.m. – A caller reported that overnight property was destructed. She had a tape of it occurring.
- Old Connecticut Path; June 5, 10:38 p.m. – A caller reported her daughter’s ex-boyfriend was stalking her daughter.
- 469 Old Connecticut Path; June 6, 3:57 a.m. – Framingham police were looking for a man who man have fled on foot in the area after breaking into a car in that town.
- 38 Cochituate Road; June 6, 9:32 a.m. – Credit card fraud was reported to police.
- 196 Lake Shore Drive; June 7, 3:17 a.m. – A caller reported a car at Mansion Beach playing loud music.
- 101 Plain Road; June 7, 9:16 a.m. - Nilciney Simeao, 40, of 302 Boston Post Road Apt. B11, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.
- 18 Pemberton Road; June 7, 4:33 p.m. – A caller reported a car was broken into.
- 443 Old Connecticut Path; June 8, 12:02 p.m. – A three-car accident occurred. Two people were taken to the hospital by ambulance, one for advanced life support.
- 10 Reservoir Road; June 9, 10:26 a.m. – A caller reported 3 to 4 people sleeping in a car, after a possible house party having occurred at 9 Reservoir Road the previous night.
- 6 Glezen Lane; June 10, 1:31 a.m. – George K. Funston, 6/10/49, of 269 Concord Road, Sudbury, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, second offense and speeding.
- 258 Old Connecticut Path; June 10, 4:59 p.m. – A wallet was reported stolen.
