Viva Mexican Grill and Tequileria failed an undercover alcohol compliance check for the second time, according to Wayland Police.
Police conducted alcohol compliance checks at 12 Wayland establishments and the Mexican restaurant was the only one that failed.

Police reportedly sent in two minors to attempt to purchase alcohol without showing their Ids.
Selectmen had already implemented a yearlong liquor probation for Viva two years ago. The board may hold another hearing at the end of June. Viva can continue to serve alcohol until the hearing.

ConcordComella's Cooking Up a Second Course in Concord
Comella's closed its 18-seat Walden Street spot, but will re-open in a few months, after building out a 33-seat restaurant at 33 Main St, the former home of Concord Hand Designs.
"We hope the locals will follow us to the new location, and we hope it will give us more exposure to tourists," said Harry Donovan, manager of the Concord store. "We're excited to have to opportunity for more seats and more space."
Comella's is targeting late August or September for re-opening on Main Street, but no firm date has been set, according to Donovan, who said the Concord staff will be picking up shifts at other Comella's locations until the local restaurant reopens.

NewtonWegmans Delays Chestnut Hill Opening
Wegmans announced that it has pushed off the opening of its Chestnut Hill location until spring 2014. The original plan was for the new store to open this fall.
"Some construction delays and demands of other projects that we're building forced us to move it back just a little," said Jo Natale, director of media relations for Wegmans. She said a typical pace of opening is two to three stores per year.

Yogurtland Opening in Newton Centre
Yogurtland is opening a location at 1231 Centre St. as part of its expansion plan to open 20 new locations in Greater Boston.
This will be the second frozen yogurt shop in Newton Centre and the fourth in the city, joining Sweet Tart, YoFresh and Pinkberry.

WalthamCooper House Tavern Opens
A new pub opened at 380 Winter St.
Cooper House Tavern has a menu of pub food, including burgers and pizza, as well as wine and more than 40 beers.
