Sudbury-Wayland-Lincoln Domestic Roundtable Back From Summer Break

The roundtables are back.

The Sudbury-Wayland-Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable took a summer break, but returns on Tuesday, Sept. 9, with a 3 p.m. meeting in the Wayland Public Safety Building at the intersection of Routes 20 and 27 in Wayland.

WaylandeNews reports that the agenda for the meeting features Lori Hodin, coordinator of the Safe Schools Initiative and psychology teacher at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. She’ll talk about a recent, and very successful teen summit she developed and ran called “The Courage to Care.”

According to its website, the Sudbury-Wayland-Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable is “ a community based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting safe and healthy relationships, raising public awareness about abusive and controlling behaviors whether exhibited through bullying, teen dating violence, domestic violence, or elder abuse, and ending relationship violence in all its forms.”
