Take a Bobolink Walk at Heard Farm
One of the largest concentrations of nesting bobolinks is in the Sudbury River Valley. Look for bobolinks and other birds.

Wayland is home to one of the largest concentrations of nesting bobolinks in the Sudbury River Valley, and it’s on the Heard Farm property.
Look for and watch these winged beauties with local birder John Hines on Saturday, June 13, for a leisurely one-and-a-half hour morning walk.
In addition to nesting bobolinks, look for rose-breasted grosbeaks, Baltimore orioles, yellow warblers, common yellowthroats, and many other species.
