Talk About Death and Dying Over Cake

This is a most unusual tea party. Cake and Grave Matters is an opportunity to talk about death and dying.

A part of All Things Mortal, a project of Transition Wayland, Cake & Grave Matters is a most unusual tea party.

Transition describes this gathering as “an opportunity for an open, relaxed conversation about death and dying. No agenda. Speak or just listen. It’s a big topic, but it is not too big. It touches us all. And there will be cake.”

It takes place on Sunday, April 19, from 2:30-4:40 p.m. at Russell’s Garden Center in Wayland.

It is free but donations are appreciated.

The group is not a counseling or support group, but rather a chance for people to get together to talk about the subject.
