Teaching Children About Optimism, Resilience and Goal-Setting

Lyons presents her thoughts on teaching children about optimism, resilience and goal-setting. She calls these “all key components to grit.”
“She believes when children are presented with tools for promoting these skills, they will more likely have the skills to achieve whatever they set out to do.”
