Two NH Women Allegedly Stole 5 Electric Toothbrushes Worth Nearly $1,000

The two women allegedly ripped the Sonicare toothbrushes from a Wayland CVS and fled to Sudbury, where they were caught.

Two women from New Hampshire stole nearly $1,000 in items from CVS in Wayland and then fled on foot on Monday, according to police.

Police responded to a call reporting shoplifting around 4 p.m., with employees informing them that two females had just stolen items from the store and fled westbound in a white car toward Sudbury.

Sudbury police were notified and found the vehicle.

Twyla Lawver, 163 Blaine St. and Tayla Lawver, 176 Brent St., both from Manchester, NH, were arrested and charged with larceny over $250.

The stolen items included five Phillips Sonicare electric toothbrushes. The value was $959.95.

Both were released after posting $40 bail, and are scheduled to appear in Framingham District Court on April 16 for an arraignment.
