Wayland 2020 Election Results: Board Of Selectmen, School Board
The unofficial results of the June 9 Wayland election are in. See who's ahead so far in several competitive races.

WAYLAND, MA — Wayland's long-awaited spring 2020 election took place Tuesday. The election was supposed to be held on March 31, but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Although there were 11 races on the ballot Tuesday, only two races were competitive: the Board of Selectmen and the School Committee. There was also a ballot question about increasing the levy to pay for a replacement of the Loker Elementary roof, which is leaking. That measure was passing as of Tuesday night.
Turnout was nearly 27 percent, with 2,549 out of 9,559 eligible votes cast, according to the Town Clerk.
