Wayland Conservation Commission opposes Monster 40B project
The Wayland Conservation Commission submitted a strong letter to the ZBA describing how the Monster would violate state environmental laws.

Wayland's Conservation Commission just delivered a strong letter to the Wayland Zoning Board of Appeals opposing Zieff's plan to build a large apartment complex at the former site of Mahoney's Garden Center in Wayland. A link to their letter is attached below -- describing the violations of the Wetlands and Rivers Protection Acts and risks to Pine Brook.
Our sincere thanks to the members of the Conservation Commission for their detailed and well written letter.
