Wayland Library Director Resigns

WAYLAND, MA—The Wayland library will be looking for a new director.

Wayland Free Public Library Director Dana Mastroianni has submitted a letter of resignation to the Board of Library Trustees effective Tuesday, June 27, 2017.

During Ms. Mastroianni’s tenure, she guided the Library through the drainage mitigation project in the fall of 2016 and worked with the Trustees to submit and support a building grant application for a Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program grant, said the release.

Long-time Assistant Director Sandy Raymond will oversee the day to day operations of the Wayland Free Public Library pending the appointment of an Acting Director at the Trustees’ next business meeting.
