Wayland Man Arrested After Trying to Kick Out Police Car Windows

A Saturday afternoon report to of an intoxicated man in the street led the arrest of 29-year-old Thomas Condon.

According to a police press release, on Oct. 8 at 3:51 p.m., police responded to a complaint of an intoxicated male in the roadway causing a disturbance. The log notes the location as 30 Dudley Road.

Police arrived to find Condon, of 12 Hearthstone Circle in Wayland, “highly intoxicated.” When police attempted to talk with him, the press release states, Condon became “belligerent.”

Condon was eventually arrested after attempting to kick out police vehicle windows and engaging in “other destructive and noncompliant behavior.” Police charged him with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

He was transported to Framingham District Court Tuesday morning.
