Wayland Notified of New Sex Offender Working in Town
Wayland police sent out a community notification that a Level 3 sex offender is working in Wayland.

WAYLAND, MA—Police are notifying residents that a Level 3 sex offender is now working in Wayland. A Level 3 sex offender is working at 21 Andrew Ave., which is Panera Bread.
According to the Sex Offender Registry Board, the Level 3 offender working at Panera Bread is James Murray, 35, Sloane Drive, Framingham. Murray was convicted in 1998 of three counts of rape, in 2005 two counts of rape and abuse of a child and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age.
The individual has been finally classified as a Level 3 sex offender by the Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Board has determined that this individual has a high risk to reoffend and that the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that public safety interest is served by public availability of registration information.
