• 158 Commonwealth Road; Oct. 1, 2:22 a.m. - Female found walking in the middle of the roadway. She was advised to call someone to pick her up.

• 98 Boston Post Road; Oct. 3, 10:35 a.m. - Caller reported motor vehicle accident involving a dog. Vehicle that struck the dog had left the scene prior to an officer's arrival. The dog was possibly taken to Phoenix Veterinary Clinic for care.

• 373 Commonwealth Road; Oct. 4, 10:18 a.m. - Larceny of copper and steel products from a site.
• 21 Leary St.; Oct. 4, 2:04 p.m. - Arrest of Angel Lopez on outstanding warrant for assault issued by Waltham District Court. .

• 177 Commonwealth Road; Oct. 6, 11:32 a.m. - Three-car motor vehicle accident with transport to the hospital.
• 27 Parkland Drive; Oct. 6, 5:32 p.m. - Stolen license plates reported.
• 1 Boston Post Road; Oct. 6, 6:21 p.m. - Two-car motor vehicle accident.

• 160 Boston Post Road; Oct. 6, 6:27 p.m. - Hit and run accident reported.
• 175 Boston Post Road; Oct. 6, 11:22 p.m. - Following a 911 hangup call, police arrived at the residence to learn that a domestic dispute had occurred. According to a police press release, an investigation revealed that a female had been the victim of domestic assault and battery. Resident John Kovalko, 58, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.
