Wayland Police Log: Break-Ins, Strange Sounds and Trespassing (Jan. 25-31)

- 10 Essex, Jan. 25, 4:48 a.m. - An unusual sound outside was reported and later determined to be an animal.
- 90 Commonwealth Road; Jan. 25, 7:37 a.m. - Trespassing on park property reported.
- 38 Cochituate Road; Jan. 25, 6:35 p.m. - Dispatchers at the Joint Communications Center reported a dog in the road in front of the Public Safety Building. The dog officer reported the dog attempted to bite her, and she was unable to pick it up.
- 19 Loblolly Lanel Jan. 26, 9:28 p.m. - Residential breaking and entering reported.
- 69 Plain Road; Jan. 28, 9:05 a.m. - A possible motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported.
- 58 Sears Road; Jan. 28, 9:15 a.m. - A possible motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported.
- 4 Farmcrest Lane; Jan. 28, 1:05 p.m. - A person asked to speak with an officer about a possible motor vehicle breaking and entering that occurred the night before.
- 4 Winthrop Place; Jan. 28, 11:58 p.m. - Caller reported finding a teen on her front porch who was possibly intoxicated. Transport via Basic Life Support took place.
- 41 Cochituate Road; Jan. 30, 11:15 a.m. - An abandoned 911 call from the elevator at the Town Building came in. Children's Way called to report that a child had pressed the emergency button in the elevator.
- 12 Gray Birch Lane; Jan. 30, 3:07 p.m. - Two vehicles broken into.
