Wayland Property Owners to Receive FY2015 Assessments This Week

The Wayland Board of Assessors has received Preliminary Certification of values for the Fiscal Year 2015 Assessments, the town has reported on its website.

The Department of Revenue, Bureau of Local Assessment, completed its preliminary review of the Assessors revaluation program and the proposed assessments for all classes of property for fiscal year 2015.

All Wayland property owners will receive a notice of their Fiscal Year 2015 Assessment in the mail this week. The letter contains instructions for reviewing assessments and how to schedule an appointment with office staff if they have questions or concerns.
