Wayland Public Works Talks Budget, Plastic Bags Reduction Bylaw, Oxbow Development

The Board of Public Works holds a packed meeting with numerous agenda items.

WAYLAND, MA — The Board of Public Works tackles an agenda that includes a vote on a town meeting article proposing a plastic bag reduction bylaw, a vote on Oxbow Meadows Field Development and a presentation of the director's financial report.
