WAYLAND, MA — The coronavirus pandemic is throwing off the town government's schedule again.

On Thursday, Town Meeting Moderator Dennis Berry signed an order pushing the spring meeting back until May 29. The meeting was supposed to begin on April 5, but Berry on April 2 postponed the meeting until April 30.

Wayland is not alone. Town meetings across the state have been put off due to the coronavirus, with some towns exploring whether to postpone all the way until fall.
