Wayland Voters Nix Traffic Control on Glezen; OK OPEB, Solar Energy
Town Meeting wrapped up its second night on Tuesday. Here's a recap of what warrants have passed, and what did not.

Tuesday wrapped up night two of Wayland Town Meeting, with voters deciding on 16 of the 37 articles.
Here are the results of the warrant articles brought up for voting so far:
- Recognize Citizens and Employees for Particular Service to the Town: Passed
- Pay Previous Fiscal Year Unpaid Bills: Passed
- Current Year Transfers: Passed
- OPEB Funding: Passed
- FY2016 Omnibus Budget: Passed
- Compensation for Town Clerk: Passed
- Personnel Bylaw and Wate and Classification Plan: Passed
- Accept Valor Act to Establish Veterans Property Tax Workoff Program: Passed
- Resolution Regarding ESCO Project Changes: Passed
- Adopt Inspection Testing and Maintenance of Privately Owned Water Based Fire Suppression Systems: Passed
- Set Aside Community Preservation Funds for Later Spending: Passed
- Set Aside for Later Spending Community Preservation Funds for Open Space: Passed
- Transfer Community Housing Funds to Wayland Municipal Affordable Housing Trust: Passed
- Implement Solar Energy: Power Purchase and License Agreement and Authorization for PILOT: Passed
- Fund Glezen Lane Traffic Control Measures: NOT PASSED

Voters will decide on whether they wish the town to withdraw from the Minuteman Regional Vocational School District, grant an alcohol license to a store at the center of town and fund the Rail Trail during the third night of Town Meeting.
