Wayland Winter Farmers Market Begins 2023 Season

The winter market at Russell's Garden Center will be open Saturdays and some Sundays this winter.

WAYLAND, MA — Wayland's indoor winter farmers market at Russell's Garden Center will begin its season Saturday, running through March on weekend days.

The regular market will run Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring dozens of vendors selling items including honey, fresh baked goods, vegetables and crafts. There will also be two Sunday markets in 2023 — Jan. 22 and March 5, 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. — featuring fiber items.

The first Wayland winter market was held in 2010, and has grown to feature more than 100 local producers. The market also now accepts payment via the food assistance program SNAP and provides returns via the Healthy Incentives Program (HIP).
