This one week summer camp is open to children entering 2ndΒ through 5thΒ grade and will run June 23-27, 9 AM β 12 Noon. It will be a time for outdoor play: Explore the wonders of woods and fields and streams! Be a detective to identify plants and animals. Play games, explore trails and investigate rivers, brooks, and ponds. Make friends with a tree, get wet, and clear trails. Make nature crafts, keep a nature journal, read maps, and catch bugs. Every session will include hikes, games, activities, snack, and a story. Be ready to be outdoors rain or shine. The camp will be located at various conservation areas in Wayland. Drop-off information will be provided upon registration. Cost is $140 for the week. Scholarships are available. Children should wear long light-colored pants, and clothes and sneakers that can get dirty. Bring raincoat, rain pants, rain boots for rainy day, sunscreen, bug spray, and an extra pair of clothes for just in case.
