What's Open, Closed On New Year's Day In Wayland

WAYLAND, MA—Wayland Town Hall is closed all day on Monday, Jan. 1, for New Year's Day, except for emergency personnel. The weekly hours of the Wayland Transfer Station are not affected by the holiday.

Schools reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 2.

• Restaurants: Open at owner's discretion
• Retail stores: Open at owner's discretion
• Supermarkets: Open at owner's discretion

• Movie theaters: Open

The MBTA will be running an altered schedule on New Year's Eve and on a Sunday schedule on New Year's Day.
