Windsor Place Submits Permit For Townhouse Development In Wayland

There is an open hearing on Aug. 3.

WAYLAND, MA—Plan are progressing for the townhouse development on School Street.

On July 5, Wayland’s Zoning Board of Appeals received an application submitted by Windsor Place LLC for a Comprehensive Permit that proposes the development at 24 School St. of 12 townhouse rental units, of which not less than 25 percent (three) of such units shall be restricted as affordable.

The opening hearing for the comprehensive permit for Windsor Place LLC will be Thursday, Aug. 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, in the Large Hearing Room. Notice of the Public Hearing is posted online here.
