Woman Charged With Assaulting Ex, Driving Drunk With Their Child

The woman allegedly shoved her ex-boyfriend and then drove off with their child.

WAYLAND, MA—After assaulting her ex-boyfriend in Wayland in an argument about child care, a Peabody woman then drove drunk with their child in the car, said prosecutors in Framingham District Court.

Natally I. Santiago, 29, 31 Newbury St., 29 was arrested on Sunday at 2 p.m. and charged with OUI, child endangerment while drunk driving, driving to endanger and assault and battery,reports the MetroWest Daily News.

Santiago allegedly argued with her boyfriend, grabbed him by the shirt and pushed him and left with their young child.
