Join Boston yoga instructor and run coach, Cara Gilman, as she explains these principles and moves you through a customized yoga for runners vinyasa sequence. Expect to come away with an understanding of key postures to use pre/post run, meditation/relaxation techniques to use for focus and how to bring yoga into your training plan.
