• Fitzpatrick brothers post a tournament-record 57 and take a four-shot lead in the Zurich Classic (bostonglobe.com) — Wellesley’s own Michael Thorbjornsen is in the mix at the Zurich Classic, sitting 10 shots back with partner Karl Vilips after a strong 63. The tournament is being dominated by brothers Matt and Alex Fitzpatrick, who fired a record-setting 57 to take a four-shot lead heading into Sunday’s final round.    

• Zoning & Planning Committee Report – 4/13/2026 (figcitynews.com) — Wellesley’s Large House Review process is being used as a model as another city’s Zoning & Planning Committee weighs how to curb teardowns and manage stormwater impacts. The committee is considering FAR reductions and Wellesley-style review while also updating rules for raised garden beds in setbacks, with a public hearing planned for May 11.
