4:22 a.m.: Police investigate burglary, Connector Road

11:03 a.m.: Police respond to a report of shoplifting, Turnpike Road. Joshua W. Mellen, 28, 9 Shawn Lane, Webster, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, failure to appear/recognizance (four counts), straight warrant, shoplifting by asportation (third offense), receiving stolen property over $250, conspiracy, three default warrants. Kristy A. Fisher, 27, 9 Shawn Lane, Webster, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, receiving stolen property over $250, conspiracy after the fact
