WESTBOROUGH, MA—Three drivers ended up in the hospital Monday night after a woman allegedly pulled out of McDonald's and headed in the wrong direction on Route 9.
Police responded on Monday around 11:30 p.m. to Route 9 East at Bellows Road for a three-car accident with apparent injuries. The operator of one of the vehicles was found in the roadway, ejected from her vehicle, and suffering from serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
The operator was identified as Danielle H. Doucette, age 27 of 99 McCarthur Road, Stoneham. She was operating a 2002 Honda and was not wearing her seatbelt, according to police.

The other operators involved in the crash were Lionel Billini, 34, 6 Burns Ave. Canton. He was operating a 2010 Toyota and Prashanth Gurker, 37, 2 Meadowview Road, Foxborough. Gurker was driving a 2015 Audi. All three were transported to UMass Medical Center in ambulances from Northborough, Southborough and Westborough.
Investigators found that Doucette was pulling out of McDonald's and headed west in the east bound lane when she collided with two vehicles. It does appear that alcohol was a factor, according to police.
