What To Know About Westborough's 2022 Memorial Day Parade

WESTBOROUGH, MA — For the first time since 2019, Westborough will hold its annual Memorial Day parade, featuring a procession of veterans visiting cemeteries and memorial across town.

The May 30 event will begin with a ceremony at Minuteman Park followed by stops at cemeteries across town. Separately, a parade will begin at approximately 10:10 a.m. near Pine Grove Cemetery along South Street featuring veterans, community groups, military vehicles and floats.

The parade will end at the Forbes Municipal Building, where there will be a series of presentations to commemorate the holiday. The 2022 Memorial Day parade grand marshal will be Ken Ferrara, the town's retired veterans services officer.

Here's the schedule for the 2022 Westborough Memorial Day parade:

• 8:30 a.m. — Minuteman Park/Sandra Pond, 71 Upton Road
• 9 a.m. — St. Luke's Cemetery, 24 Hopkinton Road
• 9:40 a.m. — Pine Grove Cemetery, 106 South St.
• 10:10 a.m. — Parade begins along South Street
• 10:30 a.m. — Parade stops at Midland Cemetery, 54 South St.
• 11 a.m. — Forbes Municipal Building, 45 West Main St.
