4:25 p.m.: Erratic operator, East Main Street

Saturday, July 17

midnight: Disturbance, Charlestown Meadows Drive

2:28 p.m.: Accident, personal injury, Turnpike Road. Shannon St. Laurent, 32, School Street, Webster, was arrested and charged with OUI, driving with suspended license, reckless operation, possession of Class E substance. Jamie J. Goodall, 33, Hopkinton Road, Westborough, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, carrying a dangerous weapon (3 counts),
