WESTBOROUGH, MA -- The following are excerpts from the Westborough police log.

Monday, Jan. 25

9:24 a.m. - A car accident occurred on Turnpike Road. No injuries.

11:55 a.m. - Police responded to a hit and run accident on East Main Street.

12:19 p.m. - Police responded to a car crash on Turnpike Road, with injuries

3:32 p.m. - Threats were reported, Wayside Road

6 p.m. - A juvenile, 17, was placed in protective custody, West Main Street

Tuesday, Jan. 26

8:53 a.m. - Car accident at East Main Street and Flanders Road

4:46 p.m. Police responded to calls reporting a suspicious person, East Main Street and Lyman Street. John W. O’Reilly, 62, 2 Rogers Road, Apt. 32, Westborough, was arrested and charged on a default warrant and placed into protective custody

9:14 p.m. - A disturbance was reported on Treetop Parkway

Wednesday, Jan. 27

7:51 p.m. - A summons was served on Westminster Way

8:35 p.m. - A disturbance was reported on Oak Street.
