Big Paving Project Takes Over Main Westborough Road
The northbound lane of a main connection between Route 9 and East Main Street will be under construction all week.
WESTBOROUGH, MA — Westborough drivers should avoid Lyman Street until at least Thursday due to a construction project.
On Monday morning, construction crews began milling the northbound lanes of Lyman Street between East Main Street/Route 30 and Route 9 — a main connection between downtown Westborough, the Stop & Shop plaza and Turnpike Road.
The construction will not have an effect on the southbound lanes. Northbound drivers will be detoured at East Main Street to westbound Turnpike road for access to Lyman.

The town expects to wrap up the paving and milling work by Thursday evening, according to Westborough police.
