Turnpike Rd. Trailer Park, Westborough

I live in the trailer park, a/k/a Turnpike Park Co-Op.

Soon we (the park) may be under court order to have our water and sewer system

tied into the town's.

When the park was turned into a Co-operative, the health department gave us until the first week of May, 2013.  A period of five (5) years has come and gone.

Nothing has been done, facing receivership, member's are scrambling to find a new board of directors in an effort to save the Co-Op from receivership.  it is unknown to the member's of the park why it got to this.  Some say it was due to lack of management.  I agree.

Proper Management, (Board of Directors) would have by now, had most of this work completed in compliance with the Town's orders.

Question is, where would we  (the park) come up with hundreds of thousands of dollars for the constuction, and permits.

Already there are more than ten vacant units, several tenants behind on rental payment, and the "Bosses" are relly not intersted, fooling many to think all is well.

Hate to break it to ya, all is NOT well.
