▪️ What is HYROX? ▪️
HYROX blends running and functional fitness into one race. Eight runs. Eight workout stations. One challenge that rewards preparation, consistency, and determination.

▪️ What is a "Sim"? ▪️
A HYROX Sim (short for simulation) recreates the race experience in-house, giving you the chance to refine your strategy and test your fitness.

▪️ Do I need HYROX experience? ▪️
No HYROX experience is required! This program is open to anyone looking to improve their fitness and experience one of the fastest-growing formats.
