• 2:16 a.m.: Police investigate calls about a suspicious auto, Turnpike Road
• 3:24 p.m.: Suspicious activity, Chestnut Street
• 5:14 p.m.: Scott C. Chillo, 45, 21 Bowman Lane, Westborough, was arrested on a warrant

Friday, April 29

• 8:48 p.m.: Erratic operator reported, Charlestown Meadows Drive

Saturday, April 30

• 3:12 a.m.: Police responded to an accident at Turnpike Road and Lyman Street. Praveen Konakanchi, 23, 293 Turnpike Road, Apt. 1, Westborough, was arrested and charged with OUI (liquor), driving to cause serious injury and negligent, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, marked lanes violation
