Clothes, Sheets, Stuffed Animals and More: Textile Recycling Event Held by the Scouts
The event helps the troops save for a trip in 2016.

It’s a new year. Time to clean up the house.
Clothes, stuffed animals, material, sheets, comforters, scatter rugs, shoes and backpacks are all common donations to a Textile Recycling program, which the Westborough Girl Scout troop 30633 holds on Saturday, Jan. 9, from 9 a.m. to noon.
Donations may be dropped off at the main entrance to Westborough High School on West Main Street.

At noon the truck from Bags2School will pick up the donations.
“The textile recycling events held by the troop have been very successful,” said organizer Judy Wilchynski. “The 21 members of the troop are planning for a trip in June 2016. The troop members are providing babysitting services and collecting cans and bottles for the refund.”
