Construction Alert: Flanders Water Shuts Down

WESTBOROUGH, MA—A water shut down is planned on Flanders Road for Friday, Sept 9, starting at p.m.

Service will be shut down overnight and back on by Saturday morning but could be later.

The shut down area involves all properties from Washington Street to the Southborough line as well as Old Flanders Road and is required because the new road opposite 191-195 Flanders Road needs to tie into the existing water pipe in Flanders Road, said the announcement.

There may be some air in the lines and some air and/or discolored water when the water is turned back on. Notices have been hand delivered to properties in the shut down area.
